As a Manager for Operations Improvement, your role will oversee multiple projects by defining the scope of work and project objectives, leading a team, as well as overseeing many stores. Assembling management plans; tracking changes to plans and ensuring resolution of critical issues; managing the governance of project plans; monitoring budgets and costs for projects; and delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
