Medical Marketing, Sjögren’s Disease - Opinion Leader Engagement & Peer-to-Peer , Senior Manager

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager for Medical Marketing focused on Sjögren's disease to develop and execute opinion leader engagement and peer-to-peer education strategies for an investigational Phase 3 therapy. The role involves leading speaker bureau operations, managing HCP education programs, and building relationships across the expert community to support market preparation and launch.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine opinion leader and peer-to-peer engagement strategy aligned with brand priorities and market evolution
• Map, segment, and build relationships with established and emerging opinion leaders in Sjögren's disease
• Lead speaker bureau recruitment, onboarding, activation, segmentation, and ongoing optimization
• Develop and oversee marketing-led HCP education programs including speaker events and peer discussion groups
• Synthesize opinion leader, customer, and program insights to inform brand strategy and communicate learnings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years marketing or business experience in commercial organization
• Strong medical marketing expertise with opinion leader engagement and peer-to-peer strategy experience
• Proven experience managing speaker bureaus, speaker training, and HCP education programs
• Demonstrated ability to map and segment opinion leaders and develop segmented engagement plans
• Experience with advisory boards, congress strategy, and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Strong budget management, financial stewardship, and external partner/agency oversight skills
