HOURS:

FULL TIME: 5-6 Days Per Week.45 Hours average per week.


Earliest shift willstart at 8am, latest shift will end at 3am. Must be willing to work acombination of shifts between these hours.

Mustbe willing to work Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays.

FUNCTION:

Responsible for all the daily functions withinthe Food and Beverage Department by ordering food, beverages, serving supplies,retail items, cleaning products; prepares records for analysis and reports;insures proper training of all employees; is responsible for scheduling of allemployees; manages; directs and documents performance of employees; performsfair reviews and evaluations of employees; upholds and enforces all policiesand procedures of the Bavarian Inn Lodge and ; sets example for others tofollow; insures quality services and products; insures safety of guests andFood and Beverage Department employees; protects all assets of the company;motivates employees; experiments with new serving techniques, ideas, or menuitems to promote sales or decrease expenses; coordinates special events in theFood and Beverage Department; insures cleanliness of Food and BeverageDepartment, including preparation and storage areas, and various items; setsshort term and long term range goals and develops strategies, budgets, andbusiness plans to promote the welfare of the Food and Beverage Department.

Basic Qualifications

Handle pressure situations in a controlledfashion.

Food handling and sanitation knowledge.

Decisive, timely, organized and creative.

Accounting skills with costing, pricing andordering techniques.

1 year Food and Beverage Management experiencepreferred.

Experience managing team members required.

Good verbal, written communication andreporting skills.

Standing or walking for long periods of time.
