Contract Details :

• Job Title : Production Supervisor

• Type of contract :  Long-term At-will 

• Expected Hiring Date :  July 2026 

• Scope : Site 

Responsibilities :

• Supports operations to maintain regularity of the production process, escalating any critical issue to prevent a bigger problem 
• Provides technical and operational support to production manager 
• Supports production team members and ensures production lines are running smoothly 
• Supports manufacturing and facility demand in the production environment. 
• Supports production sales by ensuring timely delivery of parts 
• Supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work with and communicate with a multicultural team 
• Solve conflicts and find common ground to maintain a positive and productive workplace 
• Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple departments  
• Goal oriented

• Adjustable to new workflow modifications 
• Strong time management skills 
• English only is sufficient; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
