Visit us at: re .com/song ( Overview We a re seeking a Senior Manager to help lead the delivery of agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs for Life Sciences clients. This role sits di re ctly below the Managing Di re ctor / Partner and will be re sponsible for translating strategic vision into actionable programs that modernize how our clients structu re , distribute, and optimize technology products across digital platforms and emerging AI-driven ecosystems. As customer journeys evolve beyond traditional websites and apps toward AI-mediated discovery, conversational interfaces, and intelligent agents, organizations must modernize their platforms, product data, content ecosystems, and integration architectu re s. This Senior Manager will play a critical role in helping clients operationalize these changes by leading key workst re ams across platform architectu re , digital discoverability, content ecosystems, and AI- re ady data infrastructu re . You will lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and experience disciplines to deliver scalable solutions that enable our clients to surface products across digital channels, partner ecosystems, and intelligent agent environments. The ideal candidate combines Life Sciences industry expertise , digital platform strategy, and strong program leadership with an understanding of how emerging AI technologies a re re shaping customer experiences. Job Re sponsibilities Lead major workst re ams that modernize how products and services a re distributed across digital platforms and partner ecosystems. Design and implement strategies that connect customer platforms with partners, marketplaces, and digital ecosystems. Define integration approaches using APIs, service layers, and product data feeds to support scalable product distribution. Lead solution development for platform modernization initiatives supporting futu re digital experiences. Translate strategic client objectives into executable architectu re , delivery plans, and implementation roadmaps. Machine- Re adable Commerce Architectu re Architect schema and structu re d frameworks aligned to AI re trieval and re asoning models. Ensu re product, pricing, availability, policy, and re view data a re machine-consumable and consistently exposed. Design entity-layer clarity that re duces ambiguity for LLM interp re tation. Agent Communication & Execution Re adiness Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API re adiness. Partner with engineering to expose endpoints that support AI agent interaction. Ensu re feeds support re al-time decisioning (inventory, pricing, shipping logic). Build scalable frameworks for AI-assisted transactions. Re trieval & Indexation Optimization Optimize structu re d data for RAG ( Re trieval-Augmented Generation) environments. Collaborate with GEO and content teams to ensu re alignment between semantic layer and markup layer. Re duce friction between p re sentation layer and structu re d layer. Monitoring & Technical Governance Implement structu re d data QA and monitoring frameworks. Identify gaps impacting citation eligibility or re commendation logic. Establish governance standards for structu re d updates across markets. Security, Trust & Compliance Ensu re APIs and structu re d outputs align with privacy, compliance, and brand safety re qui re ments. Partner with legal and security teams to assess risk exposu re in agentic integrations. Data & AI Re adiness Support structuring of product and customer data for analytics, personalization, and AI use cases. Identify opportunities whe re data can enhance decision-making, re commendations, and customer experiences. Collaborate with data teams to improve data accessibility across digital channels. Client Engagement & Program Leadership Serve as a key client-facing leader re sponsible for delivering complex transformation programs. Manage multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, design, and analytics. Lead client workshops, working sessions, and executive updates. Translate complex technical and strategic concepts into clear re commendations for senior client stakeholders. Ensu re delivery excellence across large transformation engagements. Innovation & Capability Development Help shape the evolution of Accentu re ’s capabilities at the intersection of Life Sciences , AI, and digital ecosystems. Identify emerging technologies and t re nds impacting customer experiences and distribution models. Contribute to internal thought leadership on digital transformation and agentic commerce. Collaborate across Accentu re Song, Technology, and Strategy teams to develop new capabilities and offerings. Basic Qualification: 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy within Life Sciences organizations ; experience must include: Experience working on digital transformation, customer experience, or platform- re lated initiatives Strong understanding of digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and API-based integrations. Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or emerging digital ecosystem t re nds Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, or product experience optimization Experience collaborating with engineering leadership to prioritize AI- re adiness initiatives on technical roadmaps Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams P re fer re d Qualifications: Bachelor’s deg re e in Business , Computer Science, Engineering, or a re lated field. Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client leaders. Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable delivery plans. Passion for innovation and shaping the futu re of Life Sciences . Comfortable with travel.
