Facility is looking for an INPATIENT LOCUM TO PERM provider.

Schedule:

ASAP - ongoing
24 hour call, 7a-7a

Details:

Hospital based coverage
ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
Adult only
EMR: Cerner

All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position

Submission Requirements

Must be interested in Locum to Perm - [REQUIRED]
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - [REQUIRED]
Active IA License or IMLC - [REQUIRED]
ACLS - [REQUIRED]
Provider must be willing/able to work inpatient - [REQUIRED]
ERCP - [REQUIRED]
EUS - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
COVID Vaccine - [REQUIRED]
Clean Malpractice/Background - [REQUIRED] - please upload Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) at time of presentation
