About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Global Employment Law & Litigation to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor on strategic and operational decisions that have a global impact, with a primary focus on employment matters and litigation/dispute resolution. This role demands a professional with a JD from a nationally recognized law school, active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global employment law, including U.S. law and experience in the UK, EU, or APAC, and a proven track record in managing all aspects of litigation, from pre-dispute engagement to trial and resolution. As the Head of Global Employment Law & Litigation, the role involves delivering business-oriented, risk-balanced legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, partnering with HR on major initiatives, and ensuring compliance with evolving global employment laws. The candidate should be adept at creating and revising global policies, conducting internal investigations, and supporting the business in various employment projects. Additionally, the role requires a strategic business partner with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex organization, and a strong focus on AI and legal technology. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools to enhance legal work and contribute to the team's culture of innovation. Preferred qualifications include prior in-house experience at a multinational technology company, experience with eDiscovery platforms, and a background in employment-related M&A.
