Inventory Specialist II

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? To maintain and record integrity of inventory by performing random and scheduled inventory audits for financial and operational purposes. Perform complex root cause analysis, implements recommendation based on findings, identifies and implements strategic inventory processes, tracks and reports results for effectiveness. May be responsible for multiple inventory operations.

What You Will Do at Graco

• Perform cycle counts of planned and random part numbers to check for accuracy. Analyze count results for reasonableness.
  
• Determine/implement adjustments to inventory/location database masters and complete Cycle Count Explanation forms as required.
  
• Work with DC Managers or Supervisors, Planners, Cell Managers, Plant Controllers, and others to identify and implement corrective actions.
  
• Perform procedural audits on WIP, LOG Sign-ins, Bond Areas, Locations, Purchase Sign-ins, Outside Service Sign-ins, MTOs, PTOs, and "Hold" areas.
  
• Provide monthly reporting and analysis to those affected on location accuracy and inventory count performance.
  
• Coordinate physical inventories as required.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

What You Will Bring to Graco

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
  
• 2-5 years relevant experience
  
• PC skills and ability with basic knowledge of Microsoft products.
  
• Willingness to be trained and certified in the use of forklift and other material handling equipment.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
  
• Regularly lift and move materials up to 45 pounds.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
