Encompass Health seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation services in our dynamic Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will evaluate and treat diverse musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, develop goal-oriented care plans, and educate patients and families to maximize function and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a nurturing, growth-focused environment with clear pathways for professional development and advancement in outpatient practice.
