About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 29118!

Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of emergency room experience preferred. License: RN license (state or multi-state/compact) required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Epic experience required. Description: Position requires working nights, with three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Patient ratios are based on acuity. Every other weekend coverage is required. Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required. First-time travelers accepted if they have emergency room experience. Certifications such as CPI and TNCC are preferred. All travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season from June through November. Travelers should be aware of potential call-offs and must include any requested time off at the time of submission. Compliance with timeframes for lab completion and documentation is essential. Candidates must provide proof of license application if not held at the time of submission. No cost for parking is applicable. Daily census in the unit can include a variety of patient age groups. Travelers may encounter all patient diagnoses and special procedures relevant to the emergency department. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy and pharmacy.
