About the Role:

As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team during the evening shift. You will work closely with our medical staff, residents, and families to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for our residents

• Conducting regular rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns

• Collaborating with the nursing management team to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
