Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a full time Board Certified OB Hospitalist Physician to their team. Responsibilities would include covering the OB emergency department, covering patients in labor & delivery, providing emergency gynecological consults, and being available for surgical assist needs. Incoming physicians would be based out of Methodist Hospital of Sacramento Hospital does approximately 1800 births/year 24 hour back-up Ob on-call. Full time would be twelve 12 hour shifts/month and shifts can be done as 24 hour shifts. Additional compensation provided for doing additional shifts. Level II nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center Shareholder track opportunity Generous compensation and benefits Sign on bonus and moving bonus available for full time applicants Employer provided tail insurance. Active board certification required. Compensation Range: $330,000- $339,000 plus bonuses.
