LOCATION: Dublin, Georgia The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next Receptionist for our Burke County Outpatient Clinic! The selected candidate will be a professional individual who has strong communication skills and provides exceptional customer service. This is a very busy environment and requires superior organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities. Responsibilities of the Receptionist: Coordinate follow-up appointments with the MD/NP and ensure ordered labs, psychological evaluations, and referrals are scheduled. Document follow-up efforts as nonbillable. Serve as Treatment Engagement Specialist by orienting individuals to services, completing consents, scheduling initial appointments, and completing/billing GIRPP notes Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately. Monitor authorizations and treatment plan expiration dates and ensure updates are completed before MD/NP appointments. Assist with scanning and other duties as needed. Provide backup for therapist scheduling and Treatment Engagement staff. Maintain the CSU discharge follow-up scheduling spreadsheet and update PMR forms when individuals attend appointments. Communicate professionally and courteously with individuals and coworkers.
