The role is flexible, offering part-time, full-time, or FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) options, with the ability to work 2 to 4 days per week. Key Duties Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care. Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care. Foster strong relationships with patients and team members. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice and maintain patient records. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health. Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues and structural concerns in both adults and children. Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers and applying bands to teeth, fitting, adjusting and monitoring braces and other orthodontic appliances. Monitor and track patient progress. Package and Benefits Opportunity to live and work in NSW. Earning potential between AUD$150,000 to AUD$300,000. 10% commission on monthly sales revenue. Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with the team. A proactive and team-oriented mindset for mutual success. Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration. Current professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain). Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client). Relevant specialist qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia. Experienced periodontist with strong experience in periodontics.
