A unique contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist interested in providing specialized services within a school environment near Greenville, SC. This position is ideal for PTs who excel at conducting thorough student evaluations and implementing tailored interventions to support student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Proficient in completing comprehensive PT evaluations in accordance with educational and state guidelines
• Strong communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial Physical Therapy evaluations for approximately three students to determine eligibility and support needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans following evaluations, based on student-specific goals
• Provide ongoing therapy services, anticipated at roughly one hour per week after the evaluations phase
• Collaborate with educational teams, keeping careful documentation of student progress and response to intervention
• Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) teams as needed
