Locations: California & Nationwide Opportunities Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Opportunity RSMC Services partners with healthcare organizations across the U.S. that offer CAP-Exempt Visa Sponsorship for qualified international dentists. This role provides a stable, long-term career path in community health and clinical settings with competitive compensation, relocation support, and professional development-plus the flexibility of a 4-day or 5-day workweek. What You'll Do- Deliver comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services
- Serve diverse and underserved patient populations
- Work alongside interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in residency and professional development programs
- Maintain accurate patient records and compliance standards
- Competitive Base Salary: $175,000-$210,000+
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
- Schedule Flexibility: 4-day or 5-day workweek option
