Assistant Store Manager - Spirit
$17.25 - $17.5 per hourSpirit Halloween
Hourly rate: $17.25–$17.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits: Michigan Paid Sick Time Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs End‑of‑Season Premium Pay Program All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack‑up/tear‑down of a seasonal store. Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses, manage shrinkage, and handle merchandising and inventory control. Set up fixtures, pack‑up, and tear down the store as required. Qualifications: Minimum age 18. Flexible schedule and willingness to work 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
