LOCATION: New Braunfels, TX

COMPENSATION: $20–$21/hour

DURATION: Temporary Assignment (Approximately 3–4 Months)

CONTEXT: Our client is seeking a dependable, hardworking Yard Helper to support daily operations in their equipment yard. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping equipment and materials organized, and is comfortable using hand and power tools. This position is expected to last approximately 3–4 months, with the potential for additional opportunities based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with organizing and maintaining the equipment yard.
• Operate hand and power tools to perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Power wash equipment and prepare rental items for delivery.
• Load, unload, and move equipment, materials, and supplies throughout the yard.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain organized storage areas.
• Assist with receiving and staging equipment.
• Safely operate a forklift (if certified/qualified).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other general labor and yard support duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Previous experience in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or equipment rental environment preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and assist wherever needed.
