Program Manager, Finance Transformation

What To Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Finance Transformation team. This role will drive process improvement, system enablement, and automation initiatives across Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with a focus on building scalable solutions across core financial flows (Order-to-Cash, Inventory-to-Cost). The Program Manager will partner with a range of stakeholders and teams to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver cross-functional programs end-to-end. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can translate finance requirements into systems and process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
