The position supports a 137-bed, Joint Commission Accredited acute care hospital recognized as a Primary Stroke Center. The facility offers comprehensive services including cardiology, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, general surgery, OBGYN, emergency care, nephrology, hematology, urology, and more, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Schedule:

• Contract position (specific shifts and length provided upon interview)

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CT equipment in a medical imaging environment
• Current and valid certification or licensure as required by state and facility policies
• Familiarity with safety protocols, radiation protection, and patient care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel if residing 60 miles or more from the facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans across a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain processes with compassion and clarity
• Maintain equipment and adhere to quality control and safety standards
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information within the electronic medical record
• Support the hospital's goals as a Primary Stroke Center and as a provider of advanced diagnostic services
