Job Description:




Design and architect Contact Center solutions on Genesys Cloud.
Expertise in design, implementation, and maintenance of contact center technology infrastructure.
Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performing contact center solutions.
Hands-on experience with telephony, CRM integrations, cloud platforms, security protocols, and Genesys Cloud integrations.



Experience in IVR development on Genesys Cloud.
Knowledge of Agent Softphone, Voice Recording, and Reporting Architecture is an added advantage.
Ability to create customer-centric and efficient contact center solutions.
