We’re looking for an OSP Construction Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX! If you’re passionate about telecom outside plant engineering and construction, enjoy managing projects, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full-time, in-office role with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week). Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-construction field inspections, walkouts, and site visits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve project issues.
• Assign tasks to construction crews, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Review construction packages, permits, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare detailed work prints, create job cost estimates, and develop bills of materials.
• Perform field reviews and post-construction inspections to verify project standards.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned projects.
• Keep our project management system updated weekly.
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the month.
• Collaborate with management to support market operations.
