Deployment Specialist I

Becton Dickinson & Co

Becton Dickinson seeks a Deployment Specialist I to install and support medication management solution products at customer healthcare facilities. The role involves equipment setup, staff training, troubleshooting, and project documentation across single and multi-product implementations.

Responsibilities

Complete deployment specialist training and demonstrate competency for hardware and software installation
Install equipment at customer sites including setup, configuration, and staff training activities
Provide troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system consultation to clients
Manage project escalations and ensure timely completion of documentation
Adhere to BD Medication Solutions product implementation methodologies and tools

Requirements

Associate's degree or minimum one year relevant work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively
Valid driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
Current immunizations including Hepatitis B, influenza, MMR, varicella, TB/PPD, and tetanus
Ability to lift minimum 40 pounds
Flexible and adaptable with ability to manage ambiguity
