Rates from $20-$29/hr for RBTs.In this role, BTs/RBTs are eligible for Bloomwell's long-term incentive program. Team members can earn performance-based bonuses totaling up to $10,800, in addition to their hourly pay and scheduled wage progression increases.Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off – We recognize that our teammates have important aspects of their lives outside of work. Psychology degree helpful.Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am –4:30pm.Experience and a passion for working with children!
