About This Role The RN Hospital Float Pool position involves providing nursing care to a diverse group of patients across various departments, including MedSurg, ED, and Perioperative settings. Highlights Pay: $44 - $81/hour Location: Seattle, WA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients. Develop written plans of care based on nursing diagnoses. Assist patients and families in developing health care goals. Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources. Provide nursing interventions safely and competently. Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care. Assess needs of patients requiring hospitalization and initiate discharge planning. Identify patients' educational needs and develop educational components for care plans. Promote patient self-care responsibility and adherence to health regimens. Participate in continued education programs and nursing research.
