Ballot Chase Manager

Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization established in 2019 focused on conservative grassroots activism. Job Description Turning Point Action seeks a skilled leader to manage the TPAction Chase The Vote initiative field staff. Responsibilities include: Daily communication, training and guiding ballot chasers and volunteers across Arizona Hiring and building a community of highly skilled ballot chasers Working in tandem with the Chase the Vote Director to ensure staff success and well‑being Minimum Qualifications 1 year managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets) Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned Unmatched passion for conservative politics Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self‑directed work environment Unrelenting, positive attitude Strong work ethic and goal oriented Self‑starter and self‑motivated Punctual and very responsive Ethical and responsible behavior Innovative nature & desire to try new things WOW!
