Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Respiratory Therapist!

Job Description:

- Join a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Location: Must live 100 miles away; varied days with every other weekend required.
- NICU Experience: While we don't have a NICU, experience is essential for stabilizing neonates and providing ventilation until flight assistance arrives.
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Licenses:
- ABG License
- RRT credentials

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer respiratory care based on physician prescriptions.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including:
- Obtaining and analyzing physiological specimens.
- Interpreting physiologic data.
- Performing tests on the cardiopulmonary system.
- Manage, educate, and rehabilitate patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
- Apply technology and treatment protocols across various care sites:
- Monitor medical gases and environmental control systems.
- Provide mechanical ventilatory support and artificial airway care.
- Implement bronchopulmonary hygiene practices.
- Administer pharmacological agents related to respiratory care procedures.
- Support cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and hemodynamic cardiovascular functions.
