Lead Facilitators(Spring/Fall)

Spring/Fall (Day & Multi-Day Facilitators) Lead facilitators carry the responsibility of ensuring the safety and quality of a program. Promotion to the position of Lead Facilitators comes when an individual is assessed as having the skills and experience necessary to assume full responsibility for a Mountain Workshop program.
