Warehouse Associate

Join a small, relaxed warehouse operation in Cedar Rapids where you'll help organize materials, fulfill orders, and deliver products to jobsites. This role offers a slower-paced environment, variety in your day, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage, organize, and move materials in the warehouse
• Load/unload trucks and trailers using a pallet jack or manual labor
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Deliver materials to jobsites and assist with material handling onsite
• Support inventory control and general warehouse upkeep
• Coordinate with office staff and field crews to meet project needs

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 6+ months of warehouse, construction, or material handling experience
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and using a pallet jack
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable with physical work, including carrying materials and climbing stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Inventory management experience
• Familiarity with construction materials and jobsites
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Cedar Rapids,IA.
