We are actively hiring stylists for both our Sacramento-DOCO location and our Roseville location !The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States, offering a complete menu of services including lash extensions, perming, threading, and Permanent makeup. We are actively recruiting licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists with a passion and skill for lashing to join our growing team of Stylists. You will receive top of the class training on our proprietary technique, to be certified as The Lash Lounge stylists.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Basic lashing experience. Being a quick learner and an ability to hand-make fans is a major plus!
• Customer service focused
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

COVID Related Precautions

Considering the pandemic, The Lash Lounge has additionally tighened our sanitation protocol with additional clean-up procedures between guests, end of the day fogging, and require masks, touchless greetings, temperature checks, remote check-in, amongst other key requirements. This is to help keep our Staff and community safe.
