What You'll Do

• Be the face of Vaden Automotive: greet customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle selection process

• Conduct test drives and highlight features, benefits, and value

• Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently

• Build relationships and turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners

• Reach out to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and stay engaged with your pipeline

• Deliver an exceptional experience that ensures every customer leaves feeling excited and valued

What We're Looking For

• A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude

• Strong communication and people skills

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person

• Professional appearance and a team-player mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
