Trailer Mechanic- Heavy Haul Fleet

$28 - $36 per hour

Job Description

LPG Ventures, Inc. is hiring a full-service mechanic to maintain and repair our heavy haul trailer fleet, DOT Transport and Portable Storage tank chassis work, and general fleet maintenance. Our trailers move oversize/overweight loads and see hard use — keeping them road-ready is critical to our operation.

Pay & Schedule:

$28–$36/hr, based on experience
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, with optional Saturdays
Consistent overtime built into the schedule — up to 10 hours per week

The work:

Post-haul inspections and repairs on heavy haul trailers
Chassis work and structural repairs
Hub, wheel, and brake replacement
Running lights, wiring, and airline repair
General fleet maintenance and upkeep

Preferred qualifications:

Brake-qualified per FMCSA 49 CFR 396.25
DOT annual inspection certification (49 CFR 396.19) a strong plus
Welding/fabrication ability a plus

What we expect:
Show up on time, every day, ready to work. Attendance and attitude matter as much as the quality of your work — trucks don't roll if the trailers aren't ready.
