Crystal Harley-Davidson is looking for talented and outgoing Sales to join our team. If you’re ready for a new challenge with high earning potential and career growth, with a large Group, come join us. Motorcycle Endorsement is required.

Responsibilities
- Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new motorcycle makes and models.
- Fit Specialists Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their motorcycle purchase.
- Create the best motorcycle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
- Fit Specialists test ride motorcycles to demonstrate features.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
- Fit Specialists support online customers through our eSales office.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Qualifications
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- High personal achievement standards
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Professional Appearance
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and motorcycle endorsement
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
