Shift: B Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM – 3:00 AM Duration: 3 Months, Temo to Hire Max Pay Rate: $44/hour Position Overview wWe are seeking an experienced Structures Technician III to support advanced aerospace manufacturing and assembly operations. This position focuses on precision drilling, structural assembly, and quality assurance within a high-rate production environment .The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with aerospace structures, including metallic and composite materials, and be skilled in precision assembly techniques and engineering interpretation Key Responsibilities esSet up and configure production work areas with appropriate tools and equipment to support efficient manufacturing process esPerform precision drilling of holes with tight toleranc esInstall structural fasteners in accordance with engineering specificatio nsUtilize calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality and accura cyRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specificatio nsPerform surface preparation, sealing, composite layup, and repair activiti esSupport testing, assembly, and installation of structural components and hardwa reEnsure proper fixturing, alignment, and integration of structural assembli esMaintain clean and organized workspaces following 5S and safety standar dsIdentify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficiency, and quali Team & Technical Fo cusThis role supports a structures team responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of large-scale aerospace components.
