Job Summary: Provide mental health services including assessment, diagnosis and individual therapy to adult patients of Family Healthcare. May have the opportunity for pediatric patients.

Minimum Education and Experience: Licensed Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW). Must have a valid license to practice in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota. Must be able and willing to become dual licensed (ND and MN). Training and experience in trauma informed care required.
