Schedule & Hours

We offer customizable scheduling options to give you the ultimate work-life balance:

• Option 1: 4 x 10-hour days (Enjoy 3-day weekends every single week!)
• Option 2: 5 x 8-hour days

Clinic Operational Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one outpatient orthopedic therapy to a varied patient population.
• Design and execute tailored plans of care (PT) or implement care plans effectively (PTA).
• Utilize the attached Recreation Center equipment to build real-world functional recovery and fitness transition plans for patients.
• Maintain complete and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with an energetic, supportive team of clinic staff and fitness professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Iowa state license as a PT or PTA.
• Strong commitment to patient care, education, and community wellness.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are equally encouraged to apply!
