Production Planner I

Production Planning Administrative Support

This is an admin type role that requires great data entry and MUST HAVE Excel skills. As part of the process, the candidate will have an Excel test. Also, basic knowledge of data modelling and scorecard creation is preferred. Start: ASAP End: end of Feb for now. Location: Racine Ops building and must be available for onsite training at least the first week after. Will be remote for now but must be local in case the person is needed to come onsite. Please pay attention to the job requirements below. This is a 911 position that needs to be filled yesterday. Please send only qualified candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performs timely and accurate tracking, data entry, and analysis, from multiple internal and external business colleagues (Responsible for tracking parts orders, spot buys, etc.)
• Set up PO's, LVO's, and track shipments of parts ordered. Manage and process invoicing, payments, etc. as needed
• Maintain order performance information and generate reports to track/grade progress on how well suppliers are performing
• Generate easy-to-interpret reports and scorecards using analysis based on collected data
• Monitor and audit data critically. Proactively identify trends and other types of data that need tracking to improve business and supplier performance

Skills:

• Minimum High School Diploma with 2 or more years of data process, analysis, or similar, prefer Associate's or Bachelor's Degree but not absolute
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of data analysis tools medium to advanced skills in Excel (ability to create and maintain data workbooks, graphs, charts, trends, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of data modelling and scorecard creation preferred
