Senior Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. You will be part of the IT and Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with ECM - enterprise content management systems, automation tools, workflow platforms, or document management solutions with a strong preference for OnBase (or Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, M-Files, OpenText Documentum, or DocuWare).

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid Onsite)

Pay Range: $40 - $45 / hr W2

Job Duties:

• Lead discovery sessions to understand, document, and analyze business needs, workflows, and system requirements.
• Translate business objectives and product requirements into clear, comprehensive technical specifications.
• Conduct complex data and process analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Develop test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and execute functional testing to validate system performance and user experience.

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in financial services or credit union environments.
• Expertise with ECM - enterprise content management systems, automation tools, workflow platforms, or document management solutions with a strong preference for OnBase (or Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, M-Files, OpenText Documentum, or DocuWare)
• Advanced understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC frameworks, and enterprise system design.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
