Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care What You’ll Need

Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required) Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required) Clean IDPH background record (required) Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Available to Qualified Employees
