Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. The RN will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating care plans while working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to enhance patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Adhere to established safety and quality standards.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
