• Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule
• 9 am - 12 pm supervising NPs in clinic -- sign off on notes
• 12 pm - 5 pm rounding with residents
• No direct patient care -- overseeing NPs
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
