Supply Chain Project Lead

Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with a focus in engineering, science, or business preferred. Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification preferred. A minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or quality function is required, preferred within a regulated environment. Experience leading projects is required. Experience leading cross‑functional teams is required. Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers is required. Experience with S&OP / IBP is preferred. Change management in regulated operational environments is preferred (ERP & PLM systems). Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs is required. Strong communication and management influence skills are required. Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is preferred. This position may require up to 20% domestic and international travel. Salary Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 per year Benefits Discretionary Annual Incentive.
