Description:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ABA Services | Pueblo, CO (Clinic-Based) Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

ABA Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinic-based team in Pueblo, CO. We offer both part-time and full-time positions .

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured clinic environment. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Build rapport and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clients
• Prompt and teach replacement behaviors (communication, social, and daily living skills)
• Fade prompts to encourage independent skill development
• Collect accurate behavior data (frequency, duration, ABC data, etc.)
• Follow treatment plans with consistency and clinical integrity
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical team members
• Support caregiver and family education when applicable
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ABA ethical standards
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and behavior protocols
• Ability to remain active and engaged throughout sessions
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and move quickly as needed for client safety and engagement
• Reliable transportation if needed for training or meetings

Work Environment

This is a clinic-based position located in Pueblo, CO. You will work as part of a collaborative ABA team in a structured therapeutic setting focused on client progress and skill development.
