Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.About The Role:As the Customer Supply Chain Manager at Feastables, you will play a critical role in building out key customer partnerships and ensuring execution that delivers for those customers is top notch in the industry. The right person will be an entrepreneur with an eagerness to learn and adapt while helping Feastables achieve its growth potential.This is an amazing opportunity for a highly-motivated, creative individual with a background in CPG operations capable of both hands-on individual contribution and strong leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.What You'll Be Doing:End to end order management of US retail businessesOwn customer onboarding process and launch execution timelinesDevelop & maintain customer scorecards tracking KPIs and critical business metrics. Present key findings on regular cadence to internal stakeholdersMonitor customer inventory and weeks of stock – partner closely with Supply and Demand Planning to understand customer ordering volumes, cadences and patternsCollaborate with internal (sales, planning, ops, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders to align supply chain processes, support in store activations, and resolve operational issuesDevelop a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements and prepare solutions to support their needsSupport demand planning and sales forecasting processes with relevant customer data insights to support smooth execution of new product launches, planogram changes, and sales activationsPartner cross functionally to support weekly sales pacing and SO&E objectivesHire, train, coach and develop Customer Supply Chain team though regular 1:1s and performance reviewsRecipe For Success:5-7 years experience in Customer Supply Chain, customer operations, order fulfillment, supply chain operations, or related functionsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with a 'self-start' mentalityProblem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on detailsBe comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn't always highly structured or predictable – this is not a 'punch in, punch out' roleStrong analytical skills are a must haveAdvanced MS Excel skillsStrong sense of urgency and time managementMust be highly organized and strong communicator with proven cross functional experienceA team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignmentAbility to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines and ensuring quality outputAbility to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently and within a teamAbility to travel to visit customers as appropriateExperience with Netsuite, Key Customer Portals, and WMS toolsWhy Feastables?We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire.
