Job Description: Monday - Friday + One weekend day per month throughout their contract. Minimum of 1 year OT at Acute Hospital BLS, IN state license, NBCOT Cerner Experience preferred Inpatient acute care rehab team of 19 professionals. Expect to see patients in all levels of acuity from ICU to progressive care units with diagnoses of CABG & other cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacement, fracture repairs, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson, ambulation, etc. OT is expected to evaluate, develop and follow POC that may include ADL training, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities to improve function and assess appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendations on daily basis.

Supervise and guide COTAs with POC. Work with the team to manage daily caseload, attend multidisciplinary rounds and complete documentation daily. Experience in managing high acuity ICU/PCU is preferred.

SSN required at time of submittal DOB required at time of submittal RTO we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays. If 1 position is available, we can allow 3 submissions at one time. 18 months exp. required, however please refer to job description for any exceptions made depending on the unit License: Must be in hand prior to start date. This break must be taken in one consecutive period and cannot be split up under any circumstances. Please see AM for additional clarification if needed.
