Medical Assistant

A well-established plastic surgery practice is looking to add a highly motivated and energetic medical assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering high level and individualized patient care.This is a full time position, Monday-Friday.Job Responsibilities: Introduce patients to our medical practice and efficiently prepare them for their visit Extensive phone and in-person communication with patients; reviewing pre-operative and post-operative care Assist with managing consultations, in-office medical procedures, laser procedures and drawing up medications Use company provided electronics to access and maintain medical records, input notes, photos etc. Keeping track of supply inventory and making sure supplies are adequately stocked and up to par Familiarizing yourself with surgical procedures, aesthetic treatments and services Act as a liaison between surgeon and patient; promote surgeon/surgical results and \"the brand\" “Hand-Hold” patients through their surgical decision processQualifications: Certified Medical Assistant in the state of New Jersey with minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience Plastic surgery/Aesthetics or dermatology experience preferred Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills amongst patients and colleagues Desire to grow with a team and within a company for a long period of timeE04JI80035me4034wuz #J-18808-Ljbffr
