PRN Telehealth Physical Therapist - Colorado
Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide Telehealth services in Colorado.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
- Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
- State license must have a Colorado license
- 2 years work experience in geriatric care (preferably SNF)
- Experience with NetHealth
- One year of experience as a PT
- Telehealth experience preferred
