Filler Operator

Filler OperatorThis position operates both the Bulk and Liquid Fillers, maintaining product integrity, throughput, HACCP, quality and food safety standards.Operate Bulk and Bottle Fillers, Conveyors, Induction Heat Sealer, and Labeler and possess a thorough understanding of the equipment, controls, and product requirementsEnsure compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety (HACCP, CCPs), and Quality RequirementsComplete required MES/Paperwork documentation to stage and consume all materials and product by correct "lot" number and/or work order numbers to ensure product traceability and Regulatory RequirementsStage primary and non-primary packagingExecute all MSS (Master Sanitation Tasks) of assigned equipment to ensure all equipment meets sanitation requirements and ready for daily productionCollect and submit required samples for Quality Assurance purposesOperate and safely use required Material Handling EquipmentAssist Maintenance in the troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment issues impacting equipment throughput, safety, or qualityExecute additional duties as assigned by managementHigh School or GED.Basic reading and writing skillsForklift certification.
