**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and document vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including repositioning bedridden patients and changing linens.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as needed.
- Observe patients' conditions, reporting changes to the nursing or medical staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Transport patients to various locations within the facility, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare-related regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**

- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients.
