Mister Sparky Electric is building a pipeline of motivated Apprentice Electricians for upcoming opportunities in Central Arkansas. We are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical trade and learn from licensed professionals in a structured, high-performance environment. If you are serious about becoming a licensed electrician and developing real field skills, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do• Assist licensed electricians with residential and light commercial electrical work • Help install, repair, and maintain electrical systems • Prepare materials and tools for daily projects • Learn to read blueprints and job specifications • Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites • Develop troubleshooting and diagnostic skills over time • Represent the company professionally in customers' homes You will work directly under licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to gain hands-on experience.What We're Looking For• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in the electrical trade • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Ability to pass background check and drug screening • Professional attitude and reliability • Strong communication skills Prior electrical or construction experience is a plus, but not required.Training & GrowthWe provide structured, on-the-job training with licensed professionals.
